Dr. Sasha Noe


Dr. Noe is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment.

She has had an extensive career in Research and Education prior to her career in Medicine. After earning her Bachelors of Science (BSc) in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at Palm Beach Atlantic University, she went on to earn a Masters (MS) and Doctorate (PhD) at the University of South Florida – College of Medicine in Medical Microbiology and Immunology. During that time she was the recipient of several national, regional and local research awards. After graduate school Dr. Noe went into Academia where she worked at Saint Leo University’s Center for Online Learning as the Faculty Director and online instructor in Science.

After a few years in Academia, Dr. Noe decided to pursue her true calling in Medicine. She attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL where she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. She completed both her internship and residency at St. Petersburg General Hospital in St. Petersburg, where she served as the Chief Intern during her internship year and the Chief Resident in her senior year of residency.

Dr. Noe has spent numerous years in administrative and leadership positions as she continues to serve the Osteopathic profession. She has served on the American Osteopathic Association’s Bureau of Osteopathic Clinical Education and Research and is currently serving on the Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors for the Florida Society American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (FSACOFP). She has also participated in numerous volunteer community service projects and fundraising activities in the Tampa Bay area as a member of the organization HOPEworldwide since 1995 and is a current member of its Board of Advisors for the Tampa Chapter. She also serves on the board of Hillsborough County Osteopathic Medical Society (HCOMS) and the Public Relations Committee for the American College of Osteopathic Physicians (ACOFP).

A resident of the Tampa Bay area since 1994 and specifically Apollo Beach since 2001, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two children. She is a voracious reader and enjoys going to the movies. Being from the island of Trinidad in the Caribbean, Dr. Noe appreciates the small town beauty and lifestyle that can be found in the Apollo Beach and surrounding communities and she looks forward to raising her family and serving her community here for years to come.

She believes that patient education is key in the maintenance of health and in the prevention of illness and looks forward to working with her patients towards achieving a happy and healthy lifestyle.
